As the world changes before our eyes most of us will be impacted in one way or another. Lets face it, life can change in an instant.

 

Emotional and Mental Health is so important because it is a vital part of your life and impacts your thoughts, behaviours and emotions.

 

When we look after ourselves in this way it can promote productivity, clarity, a sense of calmness and increase the effectiveness in our daily activities like work, school and or looking after each other.

You may start to question yourself and your confidence begins to drop.

You may even begin to reach out for unhealthy ways to try and numb the discomfort you are feeling and reach out for things you think will help you de stress like Alcohol, Food, Smoking, T.V, etc which end up making you feel a whole lot worse!!

Working with me is like working with no other. 

 

I have worked in the health and wellness industry for over 20 years and I have a strong interest in helping women like you (and your children) understand the importance of managing your emotional and mental health. I am passionate about this because I feel too many of us place ourselves at the bottom of the priority list and end up with an empty cup.

I have a special interest in Anxiety Relief and I am Trauma Informed. I have a range of tools that I can use to help you get to the core of your issue and help you bring awareness to your problem to help you release it and transform your life.

Clinical Hypnotherapy Session

  • A 60min 1:1 Hypnotherapy session

How it works

 

  • Simply book a time and location preference to suit you

  • Session held online or in-person 

  • We will have a chat prior to your first appointment about the areas you'd like to work on and then we will make a time to commence with the Clinical Hypnotherapy session

  • After our session together you can expect to feel relaxed, centred and clear

  • During the Clinical Hypnotherapy session you can expect to feel totally safe and relaxed. You can sit up or lie back in the clinic or relax at home in a quiet area that you will not be distracted and begin to settle in as you listen to the sound of my voice.

Investment

 

  • $150 AUD per session

  • $100 AUD Children (6-12yrs)

  • $250 AUD for De-Trauma Technique Sessions (1.5hours)

Clinical Hypnotherapy Package

  • 4, 6, 8, x 60 min 1:1 sessions (Weekly, Fortnightly, monthly)

  • Tips and Strategies to help soothe your nervous system

 

How it works

  • We will together devise a plan to support your needs

  • During the Hypnotherapy session you can expect to feel totally safe and relaxed. You can sit up or lie back in the clinic or relax at home in a quiet area that you will not be distracted and begin to settle in as you listen to the sound of my voice. 

  • A mix of different modalities including Clinical Hypnotherapy are used within each session and may include Resource Therapy (Parts Therapy), Body Psychotherapy, Health Coaching, CBT and Talk Therapy just to name a few.

  • Clinical Hypnotherapy is a great tool to help you make the changes you desire and is supported by science.

Payment Plans Available 

Packages work out to be $135 per session 

  • $540 AUD for 4 sessions 

  • $810 AUD for 6 sessions ( also includes a bush flower essence remedy to support you on your journey)

  • $1080 AUD for 8 sessions (also includes a crystal bracelet and a bush flower essence to support you on your journey)
